Au SAE J1939 Digital Readout - Speedometer

Au SAE J1939 Digital Readout - Speedometer (part#: DRT9-SPDO-01) is a standalone device, it can be connected to a J1939 network and display the wheel-based vehicle speed (PGN65265, SPN:84) in two seven-segment LEDs. The 2.3 inches high-brightness LEDs provides viewing distances up to 7 meters. This device can be used for on-highway vehicles, marine, Vehicle and Engine Test Laboratory, training equipments, etc.

Simply connect this device to power, ground and CAN network, it will start to display vehicle speed. No experience or know-how of SAE J1939 network is required.

An example of the digital readout network, displays the vehicle speed at 89 mph.

• Operating temperature: -40°F to 185 °F (-20 °C to 85 °C)
• Power Supply: 12V~28VDC, +12V or +24V nominal, 28V DC maximum.
• Nominal operating current: 250mA at 12V, 500mA maximum.
• Default LED color: Green, 565nm~578nm, other colors are available.
• One push button can be used to change RX (receiving) source address on the J1939 network.
• Size: 100mmx102mm with Terminal Blocks. Actual circuit board is 100mmx95mm (+/-1 mm).
• 2.3” high brightness seven-segment LEDs with viewing distance up to 7 meters.
• Two plug-able four-pin terminal blocks (German made) provides quick connection to power supply and J1939 network, it can also expand connection to other Au J1939 digital readout products.
• Accessory: cables with ferrules are available.
• Accessory: Terminal with 120ohm-resister is available.
